What we look for

A high bar, deliberately.

Our participants are senior managers, directors and heads of department. They learn fastest from people who have already done the work — not from consultants describing it from the outside.

Senior Practitioner Experience

Ten or more years operating at a senior level in your discipline — leading teams, shipping programmes, owning P&L or policy outcomes.

Recognised Credentials

Postgraduate qualifications, professional certifications, or publicly verifiable track record in your area of expertise.

Adult-Learning Skill

Experience facilitating workshops, executive education, or in-house training — not just lecturing.

Africa-Focused Lens

You understand the regulatory, market, and operational realities of African institutions. Cross-border or pan-African experience is a plus.

How it works

From application to first cohort.

    Apply

    Send us your CV, a short pitch on the programme(s) you could lead, and 2–3 references.

  2. 02

    Conversation

    We meet for an in-depth conversation about your discipline, teaching philosophy, and the audience you want to serve.

  3. 03

    Demo Session

    You deliver a 30–45 minute teaching demo to our faculty panel and a small participant focus group.

  4. 04

    Onboard

    Once onboarded, we co-design programme briefs, slot you onto the calendar, and handle every logistic end-to-end.
