Cancellation Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2025
Open-Enrolment Course Cancellations
Participants may cancel a confirmed open-enrolment booking by written notice (email) to [email protected]. Cancellations received more than 21 calendar days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund less a 5% administration fee, or a free transfer to a future session of the same or comparable course.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations received between 7 and 21 calendar days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund or a transfer to a future session within 12 months. Cancellations received less than 7 calendar days before the start date, or non-attendance without prior notice, are non-refundable. A substitute participant may be nominated at no additional cost.
Transfers & Substitutions
A registered participant may transfer their booking to another individual from the same organisation at any time before the course start date at no additional cost, provided written notice is given. Transfers to a future session are subject to seat availability and may incur a small re-scheduling fee if requested within 7 calendar days of the original start date.
Programme Cancellations by Strategic Revenue Africa
Strategic Revenue Africa reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any programme due to insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances outside our control. Participants affected by such cancellations are entitled to a full refund of fees paid, or a free transfer to a future session of the same or comparable course. We are not liable for travel, accommodation or any related costs incurred by participants.
In-House & Bespoke Programmes
Cancellation and rescheduling terms for in-house, bespoke or sponsored programmes are governed by the engagement letter signed between Strategic Revenue Africa and the client organisation, and supersede the open-enrolment terms set out above.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days of cancellation confirmation, to the original payment account where possible. Bank charges associated with international transfers are borne by the participant.
